TL;DR - Ok, but needs lots of work

- App is good for seeing when the next vaccinations and comprehensive exams are due, but I wish it would remind you ahead of time. I dont check this app every day so reminders would be great.

- Its a bit behind on updating records after office visits so it gives me a quick scare every time I see Im "behind" on vaccines.

- Also it would be great to see what things like differential exam and electrolytes are and what they are for - needs more info on what offered products are and my pet needs. And what is or is not included in my plan, and how much it would cost. (Like dental? Whats included in that procedure? Am I already paying for it? Please tell me!)

- Appointment requests are available (but NOT an appt scheduler - appt REQUEST)

- not sure what is being sent to my hospital or not (more likely nothing). Something about a Pet Journal does? But I have no idea why youd need to send your shopping list there. Maybe good for questions (photos?) of pets conditions for the next checkup?

- Other than these I can think of right now, app is colorful, the bullet points are big (besides being behind on office visit updates), and office hours are easy to find + instant call your hospital button

(Does Banfield actually look at these reviews and think of what needs to be improved in their app?)
