I am super impressed with this app. It provides better information than any human patient portal I have experienced.

I love that you can track your pets growth and see when their next appointment is. Its a great app and well designed!

Cant edit information nor can you delete past animals. Also I do see weight info either.

The app is very convenient and easy to maneuver through; however, it doesnt allow you to change any incorrect information such as your pets birthday.

This is a good app for checking on when due for appts, shots, etc. It would be nice if it showed pricing for plans. The only other thing I wish it had was payment info and to be able to make changes to plans or changing type of payment.

Having my pets records in the back of my pocket is both beneficial and comforting. I never have to worry whether my pet is up to date on their vaccines, when they have appointments, or even how much they weigh. This app is a fantastic tool and I would recommend using if you can!

I like this app. It shows your next schedules appointment and what vaccines is due.

Love it! Only thing its missing is an option for pets prescription refills. Lol!

Got the app and tried to sign up and it locked me out saying my pets gender was wrong. Now if it thinks my pet is another gender how am I supposed to I use this app and create an account. Well anyway Im locked out and was never able to get started using the app. I will update the rating after this is fixed to see if I even like the app.

I like the app but I was only able to get yo the list of her vaccinations once. It showed my dog was overdue girl the whip dorm and tapeworm vaccination. How can that be when she has gets her comprehensive visits twice a year.

This app is perfect for locating hospitals near you (huge plus if you travel a lot!) and keeping track of your pets medical records. I can easily request appointments, view test results, and look up vaccine records, all within a few clicks. Cant live without it!

Sigh. Not a very good substitute for the website.

I used to track everything I did with my cats from flea medicine to nails to doctor visits and now its all gone so bring back the old app I wish this app would give you up to date appointment scheduling

Saw this today dropping off my pet and I like it! However, I wish I could get current updates during the day. For instance...her appointment made last week isnt in the system. I know she had blood work and Id like to see it come up right after results are done. Updates on how shes doing after dental would be great. Like "Awake with new pearly whites". I know, a bit cheesy, but it would prevent me from calling AGAIN. :)

I love this app it is so helpful

After the last update, I am unable to login. When I try and reset my password, it says my username is invalid. When I enter my email to retrieve my username, it sends me the one that Im already trying to use, that it keeps saying is invalid. I tried to start all over with my client ID and it says Im already in the system... I dont know what it wants from me

I love how easy it is to keep track of my doggies med history :) Great work Banfield!

Love this app. It has all what you need to know and to do about your pets. Very handy and easy to use.
