This app is amazing, It lets me know how my pet is doing it also lets me know when i have my appointments, it is very helpful. I love this app!

Cant upload a photo, even one taken with the app, keep getting errors. Tried cropping one down then uploading. Nope. It will only share certain information with the hospital, rather than letting me choose to allow sending some other info I think would be useful, like weight and nutrition info for example. Also, I dont see instructions or help explanations for what things do. Needs a LOT of work.

Very helpful; especially for busy pet parents with multiple pets.

I love the fact that I can look in this app and see all of my pets and what they are due for and when. However when it comes to doing things like the pets profile pictures, more times then not I cant upload anything. I get an error message almost constantly. It take s awhile for it to update the pets info also. I signed a pet on a wellness plan a week ago and it still isnt showing hes on one today. Other then that the app is great!

But I love the facility more!!! I LOVE this hospital!!!!!!!!!

Overall this is a great app! Love that it tells you when your dog is due for shots and which ones. Only down side is it cant print the medical history.

Pretty useless app to have unless you pay for their overpriced wellness plan.

When I first got this app it worked great. Itd be nice to be able to delete a pet but it was my fault that I didnt notice the name was misspelled until after I hit save. The problem is that I am constantly getting errors now. I cant see my pet info, I cant see appointments or confirm them...nothing works. Please fix. When it works its great!

Great app!! Helps me keep up with our pets health history and appointments

Perfect way to track and view all of your pets medical information. Information is updated in a timely fashion and you can even add photos of your pet. Itll even tell you when your pet is due for its next exam. If only human medical services were this good.

Easy to use and informative!

I have 4 pets on my account, and none of their info shows up. It shows that my last Banfield visit was to a hospital I havent visited in over 4 years. I would love to be able to use this app, but apparently I cant.
